01 · Update

Know what's due the moment you sign in.

Every holding gets its own schedule: monthly, quarterly, yearly or whenever news arrives. AltStation lines up what's stale, oldest first, and walks you through it one value at a time. Enter, save, next.

02 · Track the cash

See what was supposed to arrive, and what did.

Set each deal's expected payments once. Mark them received as they land, and AltStation shows what came in short, what's past due and which capital calls are waiting, like bills. Return of capital and income never get mixed up.

03 · Publish

Close the quarter. It stays closed.

Publish a report as of any date. It keeps the values you published, so when a late statement shows up in February, your net worth updates and the report you sent your CPA doesn't change.

Who is AltStation for?

Investors and family offices with a real share of their wealth in private investments: syndications, funds, private credit, venture, direct real estate and notes. If you hold a dozen or more and keep them in a spreadsheet today, it's built for you.

Does it connect to my bank or brokerage?

Not yet. Today you import a spreadsheet, type entries in, or have your AI suggest them for you to approve. Bank and brokerage links are on the roadmap.

How do I get my portfolio in?

Fill in our spreadsheet template and import it in one step, with one-step undo if anything looks wrong. Or connect your AI and let it do the typing while you approve each change.

Can someone else keep it up to date for me?

Yes. Invite an assistant, bookkeeper or family member and choose what they can see and change. They can record values without seeing your account transactions.

What does it cost?
